Mission Statement:

Great parks and public spaces are the foundation of a healthy and vibrant community. The Parks and Recreation Committee works to improve and expand our parks and provide excellent recreational opportunities for present and future generations. We strive to protect the natural habitat and special outdoor places that enrich our lives and make Scappoose a great place to live.
