If you have a traffic complaint and would like a member of the Traffic Division to address the problem, please complete this form.

It is useful for us to have some way of contacting you if we have additional questions concerning your complaint. By completing this form as fully as possible, the Traffic Supervisor can best address how to correct the complaint.

If the problem is occuring near your residence, would you grant permission to an officer to park on your property to assist with contacting the driver(s) and correcting the problem?
