Purpose
We exist to facilitate, problem-solve, administer and manage
the process of government on behalf of the City Council and
citizens of Scappoose.
Mission
We serve the community through the efficient and effective
administration and delivery of a vast array of activities,
services and policy directions designed to meet the
fundamental mission of the Scappoose City Council.
