Water account activation/deactivation form

This electronic form can be filled out to have your water turned service turned on/off during a move in/out or after a sale/purchase. Please fill out this form as completely as possible. 

Please note:

  • Water can only be turned on/off by City Staff Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.
  • There is a required security deposit is for new Utility users of $150. Occasionally, returning users/transferring users may be required to pay a security deposit.
