Home Owners Association (HOA)
Requirements for establishing and setting up an HOA prior to recording subdivision Plat;
If the plat contains a conveyance of any property to the homeowners association, the declarant shall organize the homeowners association as a nonprofit corporation under ORS chapter 65 before the plat is recorded.
ORS 94.550 to ORS 94.783 are statutes that affect planned communities that may or may not have common property.
Establishing the reserve account for maintaining, repairing and replacing common property;
