The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) recently approved a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR)

NEWS RELEASE EFFECTIVE APRIL 19, 2021

 

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) recently approved a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) which affects properties in the vicinity South Scappoose Creek from approximately 955 feet upstream of NW EJ Smith Rd to approximately 2,200 feet upstream of EM Watts Rd. This LOMR will revise the Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report and the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) map, and the revisions will become effective April 19, 2021.
