November 19th, 2020 -- New Corona Virus Restrictions and Statewide Freeze
Effective yesterday, Governor Brown and the Oregon Health Authority issued new statewide guidance on the Corona Virus, and instituted a new statewide freeze to stop the rapid spread of COVID-19. These new actions are contained in a new executive order:

Major points from the new guidance includes:
- Social gatherings are limited to no more than 6 people total from no more than 2 households. Applies to indoor and outdoor gatherings.
- Restaurants are delivery and take-out only.
- Grocery stores, pharmacies, and retail stores are limited to 75% capacity.
- Must close:
- Gyms and fitness centers
- Indoor recreation facilities, museums, indoor entertainment facilities, indoor pools, sports courts
- Outdoor entertainment activities
- Venues that host or facilitate indoor or outdoor events
Additionally, face coverings are now required statewide unless:
- At your own residence
- In your own vehicle
- Under the age of 5
- Eating or drinking
- Engaged in activity that makes wearing a covering un-feasible
- Sleeping
- In a private, individual workspace
- Removing briefly for identification purposes by visual comparison, such as a bank or interacting with law enforcement.
