The City of Scappoose remains committed to helping the community through this challenging time. As we continue through Phase 2 reopening the City has decided to continue and increase its outreach relating to Covid-19.

The City's Covid-19 Utility Bill relief program remains available through December 31st, 2020. If you have not applied, you can find a link to the application here:
