October 15th, 2020 -- Covid-19 Utility Bill Hardship Program extended through December 31st, 2020! And other utility assistance links.
The City of Scappoose remains committed to helping the community through this challenging time. As we continue through Phase 2 reopening the City has decided to continue and increase its outreach relating to Covid-19.
The City's Covid-19 Utility Bill relief program remains available through December 31st, 2020. If you have not applied, you can find a link to the application here:
