The Scappoose Urban Renewal Agency has published the FY 2022/23 Annual Report

The Scappoose Urban Renewal Agency (Agency) has published the FY 2022/23 Annual Report. It is on file at Scappoose City Hall, 33568 E Columbia Avenue and with the Agency. The full information is available to all interested persons. In FY 2022/23, the Agency received $238,221 in current year and delinquent division of tax revenues and $12,008 in other revenues. The Agency expended $58,471. The estimated tax revenues for FY 2023/24 are $236,845. The FY 2023/24 budget includes $709,532 in revenues and expenditures. The maximum indebtedness authorized for the Area is $37,000,000. The amount of indebtedness remaining for the Plan Area is $35,658,965. The impacts to taxing districts in FY 2022/23 are shown below. This does not account for underpayments and delinquencies.
