2018 Annual Town Meeting

At the very first Annual Town Meeting in 2016, the City asked over 150 citizens who attended what they liked about Scappoose, what they wanted to see change and what they wanted to see more of. Since that time the City used that input to help shape City Goals and targeted City resources to accomplish many of the items that were identified at the meeting. This year's meeting functioned as a report back to the community about our progress in addressing a wide spectrum of those goals. The community was also given a chance to revisit these three questions to help the City reevaluate their goals and help determine what projects the City should focus on. City Staff, Councilors, and other Community Stakeholders were in attendance to update the community on upcoming projects and to answer questions.
