Fill/Grading Permit Application

In addition to the City's Fill and Grade permit;

1. .  If you are working in a wetlands and/or waterways you will need a State Land's permit.  Link below;

     2.  A 1200-C permit is required for all projects affecting 1 or more acres; the DEQ's permit/program regulates stormwater runoff to surface waters from construction activities. Link below;

STATE LICENSE

All contractors who receive compensation must be licensed by the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB). Check license status here; https://search.ccb.state.or.us/search/default.aspx

CITY BUSINESS LICENSE

In addition, all contractors working within the City limits must also have a City of Scappoose Business License (we are not within the Portland Metro area).    https://www.scappoose.gov/cityhall/page/business-licenses
