Most Site Development Review applications will begin with either the Development Inquiry Application or the Pre-Application.

• If you have several questions about Site Development or the application process, we recommend our Development Inquiry Meeting. 
  • This gives you and/or your team an hour with our City Planner and City Engineer to discuss your proposed design. 
  • Fee is $260 which could be applied to your Pre-Application if the Pre-Application documents are received within 6 months of your meeting date.
