Plumbing Permit

CONTRACTORS MUST APPLY FOR THEIR PERMITS VIA THE STATE E-PERMITTING PROGRAM;

Our building department (like most around the state) now use Oregon Accela ePermit program, which allows contractors to apply for their permits online.

New or 1st time users will need to create a new user account AND link their CCB license to their account. Then in just a few minutes they can apply for permits based on their license types.   If you are having difficulty registering or applying, call the phone number within the e-permitting link.  Or click on the HOW-TO links at the bottom of the ePermit webpage.  Permits over $200 can either be paid by Check, Cash or via card using our City's payment link found on the home-page of our website.

If you are looking for a fee estimate; use the Plumbing Fee Checklist below.

Homeowners can apply for their own permits too; (not via State e-permitting)

See attachment at the end of this page.
